The Assistant Team Leader (ATL) is leverage for the Team Leader and a vital role in the growth of the MC. The ATL’s primary responsibility is the hiring and growth of Red Siege agents with 5-7 closed units in the past year. Additionally, the ATL assists in performing one-on-one consults with an identified group in the top 20% agents (production) in the Market Center (MC).
