Obtaining a real estate license in North Carolina or South Carolina is not difficult if you know what to expect, and can fulfill the requirements. How you obtain a real estate license usually involves minimum age requirements, certain education and/or experience requirements, applications and fees, and other state-specific details. So you must be sure that you know the relevant information before you get too deep in preparing for your real estate exam.
In North Carolina or South Carolina, realtor licensing requirements involve coursework and passing a state test. You will also be required to maintain continuing education courses throughout your career to keep your license active.
